Susan Krodel

 Pam is a wealth of knowledge and understands that in order to get offers and top dollar for your home in the least amount of time, you need stage your home and properly prepare for the photographer and virtual tour! Staging sells homes!

Home Staging is detailing, decluttering, depersonalizing and preparing a seller's home to give it a "model home" appearance so that the potential buyer can "see" themselves living in the home.

As the Krodel Team’s resident Stager, Pam excels in preparing homes for sale, so that they appeal to the most amount of buyers and generate the highest price in the least amount of time on market.

Oxana Eremiants

Oxana is the “wizard” behind the scenes of the Krodel Team! As a licensed real estate professional, she provides an array of incredible skills to the team, from transaction management to tracking deadlines!  She insures the success of the team by keeping each agent on task, organized and on-time!

With her incredible attention to detail, and the Krodel Team resources, Oxana offers her buyers and sellers the very best services available. 

Oxana moved to the US in 2001 from Russia and has a BA degree in Linguistics.  She is bilingual and a huge asset to the team with our Russian clients!  Oxana has an amazing work ethic, positive attitude and brings a great energy to every challenge!
